White Door Review is an independent journal of poetry. We publish new voices beside seasoned ones, and we believe a single good line can rearrange a whole afternoon.

Poetry deserves attention.: We believe every poem deserves to be read carefully, considered thoughtfully, and treated with respect.
Open to everyone.: We welcome submissions from poets at every stage of their writing lives, whether publishing for the first time or for the hundredth.
No barriers.: There are no submission fees, reading fees, or hidden costs. Submitting to White Door Review is always free.
A response, always.: We respond to every submission within 90 days. No poem should disappear into a pile without an answer.
